When do you take payment for the service?

Servicetec will take payment at the completion of the works required. Each step of the way we will remain transparent with your costs so you will know what is happening each step of the servicing.

What kind of payments do you take?

We can take all forms of credit card payments (including American Express), cash and bank transfers. If you have any questions about payments, please contact us by phone.

How long will it take for you get back to me?

We will respond within 1-2 working days maximum. Our service team are working during normal business hours and are answering requests during these times.

How quick can a technician help me?

Our call outs usually get to our customers within 1 working day from our call out. We'll need to get some final details from you when you submit the enquiry or call, but generally our technicians can get to you quite quickly.
